Christopher T. Barone Promised Everything, Delivered Nothing

Updated: May 30, 2020

Christopher T. Barone promised everything, delivered nothing. Barone had promised that the court hearing on Jan. 22nd would be the big day that determined the validity of the election. It couldn’t have been further from the truth, GPL was seeking sanctions.

When the GPL cases were called, HOA attorney Mr. Levine approached the judge, followed by Christopher Barone who tried to speak to Judge. The Judge politely reminded Barone he was not an attorney, not allowed to speak to the judge directly, and not allowed to represent the LLHOA.  She pointed out that the HOA was represented by legal counsel, Mr. Levine.

After the admonishment by the Judge, Christopher T. Barone returned to his seat where he remained for the rest of the hearing. The HOA cases concluded without Barone speaking a word about the election to the judge.

The GPL hearing turned out to be uneventful, a lot of words about various sanctions over production of documents, depositions and more, a pure legal procedural hearing.

As usual, Christopher T. Barone promises everything, delivers nothing.

Have to cut through the noise for a moment.

Today was a big deal. Although not resolved, we’re on the right path and we’ll be there very soon

Thank you Michael Allan, Hal Siegel and Harriet Cohen for all of the work and patience to get us to today. The same to get us through tomorrow and the vision, perseverance and openness to member inclusion to get us out of the hole we were put in by others.Your encouragement to keep fighting until we’re out of it and proud of our HOA again is true leadership.

Thank you.

Actually hoamember2 has many of the hallmarks of ‘tresurer’ (haha) Bromley. So many illiterate pivoters to choose from.

As ‘tresurer’ he should DEFINITELY condemn the act of a member removing the cash drawer. Or is he still, in Mike Umann’s OWN WORDS, ‘without proper accounting of anything’?

You’re hysterical.

Your words:

I am not a judge, jury or God so you will be disappointed that I do not condemn people's behaviours or actions.

I see once again your incorrect assumption of my identity has prompted you to write yet another self-rightous sermon...

Me: Nope.. no judgement there! You’re a piece of work. Brain ping pong a sport for you? It’s not a team sport. Feel free to play in the privacy of your own brain. No need to share here.

Great observation skills. The run on sentences, disjointed thoughts, then a sporadic pivot to a different style of writing and content is very similar to White’s attempts to bust a move on her own, flailing, then calling Barone, getting instruction by phone and doing as she is told.

No need to respond or interact any longer. It’s a hollow vessel incapable of clear communication and then a hollow vessel communicating someone else’s message.

Infamous examples are :

- on the phone with Barone when insubordinate to Board member, Hal Siegel, who instructed her to stop filming at the clubhouse, post a member meeting when she had been caught illegally video and audio taping the meeting

- on the phone…

To: hoamember2,

I was reading the other blog post, came across your comment. It seems to me your comments contradict each other.
