The New Board gives notice to all 5 Board members of every meeting it has held (executive, emergency, special and open Board meeting). But Paul Bromley and Mike Umann have never attended any of the meetings, nor do they show any desire to interact with the other three members on the New Board. In fact, Paul Bromley was apparently so upset being notified of the New Board meetings, he barked back, "Remove me from your Sh*t Show emails" recently.
Mr. Paul Bromley, is this your unique way to resign from the New Board? If yes, please submit your resignation letter in the conventional way so your seat can be opened up to HOA members who care about our community, who are willing to contribute their expertise and talent to help rebuild LLHOA.
What about Mr. Mike Umann? Based on your testimony in court in the election validation trial, you know very little about our HOA business, governing documents and HOA law, nor are you interested in knowing them or understanding what is really going on in our HOA. How could you have been the President of the Board and not known that the HOA is over $150,000 in debt? It is in the best interest of the HOA and members that you resign so your seat can be available for members who are willing to contribute their time and effort to help bring LLHOA out of its current legal and financial predicaments.
Mr. Paul Bromley and Mr. Mike Umann, LLHOA members are hereby calling for your immediate resignation from the New Board.

"bettergetitinyersoul" has published an excellent description of the nefarious events of the past. The HOA membership should be deeply appreciative of the concerned members who took action to thwart Baloney's conspiracy to take over the HOA and it's lucrative cash flow.
After being fired by a previous employer, as President of the Board of Directors, he greedily observed the approximate $72,000 flowing into the HOA account each month. Consequently a scheme was devised, apparently in coordination with other members of the Board, to create a paid employment position ($95,000/year and extraordinary expenses) for himself. A question exists as to what was in it for the remaining volunteer (no pay) Board members?
The next step was to cloud the financial picture…
Here’s where Michael Allan should be praised. He hasn’t fought for himself. He’s fought for the process. Baloney said on one of his own videos, how ‘stupid’ was Michael to recall himself. Well, that’s exactly the point of democracy and check and balances. Michael Allan has fought hard at great personal cost to establish that the correct and proper process is followed. It’s a process which could just as easily remove him and holds him to account. That’s is an honorable man, not these sleazebags who believe Baloney’s BS and are out to bleed the HOA funds dry for their own benefit.
Baloney promised them he would make the rich with a lawsuit against GPL. They were fuelled by their own greed and stupidity. These are three people with no careers, dubious backgrounds and an impending retirement (apart from Umann, who doesn’t work because he’s on disability) - so they had nothing to lose and everything to gain. Except they have lost. They have lost any shred of integrity and their criminal acts could (and should) result in some material losses. I hope Michael will pursue Judee for compensation following her attack on him and Baloney has four restraining orders against him - I hope each one pursues damages against him. They are motivated by greed so maybe they will only understand…
Even when they pretended to be involved, all they ever did was step aside and let Barone run roughshod. They denied association requests to inspect records, and worse, actively hid and misrepresented the financials and legal issues. Now that we have seen Barone in court playing at lawyer, it should be crystal clear how irresponsible it was for Umann and crew to have allowed him to lead any committee, particularly the legal committee. Let's not forgot what got us here. Umann and his board, secretly granted Barone the plum gig of CEO in Dec 2018, and within a month he lost the restaurant, entangled us in yet another, multi-million dollar lawsuit for a fight he got in while on the…
No wonder Paul Bromley and Judee White are firm Christopher T. Barone supporters. They both share his love for foul language. Do these three really believe that by using foul language on people, they are able to hurt people in some way? Don’t they realize that using foul languages reflects so poorly on themselves? That it does much more damage to themselves and their message than to the people they try to insult?
